Cancellation and Refund Policy – Familia Tango Show
By making a reservation on our authorized platforms, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in our cancellation and refund policy.
1. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the show time. Otherwise, no refund will be issued.
2. How to cancel a reservation
To cancel your reservation, you must send an email to ventas@familiatangoshow.com including:
Reservation holder's name
Passport (ID) number
Email
3. No-show on the day of the show
If you do not show up on the day of the event, you may reschedule for another date but cannot request a refund.
4. Refund policy
Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process from the moment the refund is approved.
5. Changes to reservations
Changes to existing reservations may be requested, subject to availability and possible additional charges, until the day of the show.
6. Policy update
Familia Tango Show reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
7. Transportation policy
If you are not present when the transportation arrives to pick you up, the bus will not return, no refunds will be issued, and you must arrive at the show by your own means.
